Marlow Ropes

Marlow have been at the forefront of technology for many years. The company is always looking towards the future in terms of innovation and development and is the only UK manufacturer of ropes used for arboriculture.  Specifically designed for tree surgeons, their ropes are made with the highest safety checks. There are many different types of ropes featured, made from high tenacity polyester. The accessory cord is designed for use as a prusik in areas where there is friction and heat generation produced.

The Marlow climbing ropes range includes climbing ropes, lowering lines and rigging slings, all of which feature individual serial numbers supplied. This helps to trace them and for personal equipment logs. Added to the range are throwlines, accessories and a Cambium Saver which is designed to be used with spliced and sewn eye terminations. Supplied on handy mini spools, the throw lines are 50m in length and have easy handling as well as a higher breaking strength. It is light, strong and exceptionally hardwearing for longevity.

As well as arboriculture, Marlow ropes supply tried and tested CE certified safety and rescue ropes which are intended for the building and telecomms industry. They are often also used within more specialised services including offshore work, fire and rescue teams or pylon and power professionals. The Fire and Rescue lines conform to British and EU standards. Marlow also supply Static and Dynamic ropes used for abseiling within high abrasion environments.

Other industries and areas where you might find Marlow ropes in use include the leisure marine, industrial, defence, marine and offshore, film and theatre as well as winchline.
