Carbon Click Tree Climbing Spikes

Distel climbing spurs use new materials in a whole new way. The shell is made of a new plastic composite material— making it lighter than the older carbon shell. Practically unbreakable, they are better adapted to the daily demands of tree-care work. The 47 mm-wide shanks are still made of carbon fibre, but another element makes them even more robust. The Vibram rubber sole ensures great grip in branches.

Combined with ample, optimised padding, the preformed shell is particularly comfy on the calves. What’s more, the 100 mm-wide Velcro strap reduces pressure points. The height of the shank can be individually adjusted according to calf length—from 40 to 51 cm.

With this model, the high-comfort strap with no play comes with two Cobra click buckles. This means the strap only needs to be adjusted once and can be attached and removed using the buckles.
