The engineering behind ALLPRO
Tabless cell technology
In a conventional battery cell, current has to flow through a single small tab — a bottleneck that restricts current flow and generates heat under load. ALLPRO Performance batteries use tabless cells instead, so current flows across a much larger surface area inside each cell. The result is higher power output, less heat build-up, faster charging, and a longer working life — up to 3,000 charge cycles without a noticeable drop in performance.
Fast charging on site
The AL 1802 MO mobile fast charger is built around ALLPRO's charge speed, taking a Performance battery to 80% in as little as 9 minutes (at 25-40°C ambient/battery temperature). It's IPX4-rated, so it works equally well set up in the workshop, carried as a mobile charging box on site, or mounted in a vehicle for charging between jobs.
Weatherproofing that matches the job
ALLPRO Performance batteries (AP 100.0 P, AP 200.0 P, AP 300.0 P, AP 300.0 PC) carry an IPX5 rating, built to withstand direct water jets without a drop in performance. Every ALLPRO battery is fully compatible with STIHL's existing AP System — over 80 power tools in total, from chainsaws and hedge trimmers to blowers and brushcutters.
