The STIHL ASA 140 Cordless Secateurs are professional battery-powered pruning shears designed for viticulture, landscaping and tree care. Part of the STIHL AP System, these 36 V cordless secateurs deliver fast, clean and precise cuts up to 45 mm in diameter, making them ideal for pruning trees, shrubs, plants and vineyard stock across large properties and estates.

Featuring progressive cutting control, the blade follows the movement of your finger on the trigger, allowing maximum precision and controlled pruning. You can switch between two adjustable blade openings (25 mm and 45 mm) with a quick double click of the trigger, helping you work efficiently on both smaller shoots and thicker branches. The high-speed closing action and strong cutting performance mean you can work quickly with reduced hand strain.

Lightweight, well-balanced and fitted with a soft rubber grip, the ASA 140 is comfortable for long working days. An integrated display shows battery charge level, selected blade opening width and the total number of cuts since switch-on. A maintenance indicator alerts you when servicing is required. With IPX4 splash-water protection, the ASA 140 can be used in adverse weather conditions.

When paired with the recommended AP 300 S battery, the ASA 140 can deliver approximately 9,000 cuts on a full charge – enough for a full day’s professional pruning.
