The STIHL FSA 250 is a high-performance cordless clearing saw engineered for professional landscaping, grounds maintenance and heavy brush clearing. Offering cutting power comparable to the petrol FS 240, the FSA 250 delivers outstanding performance while keeping noise levels extremely low — making it ideal for use in noise-sensitive environments such as schools, hospitals, residential areas and commercial grounds.
The FSA 250 runs using AP-System batteries, inserted directly into the engine housing for maximum flexibility and excellent balance during use.
Equipped with a comfortable ergonomic bike handle, the FSA 250 ensures smooth, controlled movement when working across large areas of tall grass, bramble and dense brush. The handle angle can be adjusted tool-free with the folding clamp to suit your preferred working position. A powerful EC motor drives a mowing circle of up to 480 mm, and the control handle allows quick speed control across three power levels plus an energy-saving mode for extended runtime.
Built for durability, the clearing saw features a steel drive shaft, a reinforced aluminium protective tube and a removable metal-mesh air filter to ensure optimal cooling and long service life. STIHL’s advanced anti-vibration system minimises vibration transfer to the user, helping protect muscles and joints during prolonged work.
Supplied with the ADVANCE Universal Harness and the BrushCut 300-3 blade as standard, the FSA 250 is also compatible with a full range of STIHL cutting tools including AutoCut, TrimCut, DuroCut, PolyCut, GrassCut and WoodCut. It also includes a mounting point for the STIHL Smart Connector 2 A for digital fleet management and performance monitoring.
