Authorised dealer status isn't a badge we awarded ourselves. It means STIHL supplies us directly, our staff are trained on the product, and the machine you buy arrives with a full manufacturer warranty that STIHL will honour without argument.
That distinction matters most when something goes wrong. Machinery bought through unauthorised channels can arrive as parallel imports, with warranty cover that's void in the UK or a manufacturer who won't recognise the sale. If you ever need to make a claim on a saw or a battery bought from us, it's a genuine claim against a genuine supply chain.

Where do you dispatch from?
