We offer Free UK Delivery Over £75 on eligible orders using our standard DPD / Royal Mail 2–3 day service. Delivery options and any additional charges are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Order processing & delivery times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.
Next Working Day orders are usually despatched on Friday for Monday delivery.
Orders placed after the cut-off, or over the weekend, are usually despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Northern Ireland, non-mainland UK and certain remote areas may take longer, even with express services.

You can collect from our showroom or use our local delivery service where available. For machinery orders, our team can prepare your machine before delivery.

Free in-store collection is available Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Please bring a copy of your order as proof of purchase.
Within 30 miles
Local delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of our showroom. Delivery cost depends on distance and is calculated at checkout.
Worldwide shipping from Gustharts
We ship orders outside the UK using a range of courier services, including DPD and Royal Mail. Postage is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
EU delivery
EU shipments are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs charges payable by the customer. EU delivery can take up to 28 days due to customs processing.
Rest of world delivery
International shipments outside the UK are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to local import duties, taxes and charges. International delivery can take up to 28 days.
Our internal systems may choose a different delivery service to the one selected at checkout if it helps us deliver your order more efficiently.

Yes, free in-store collection is available Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Please bring a copy of your order as proof of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Local import duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
My tracking says delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
Check for a delivery card, ask neighbours, and check whether the courier has left the parcel at a collection point. If you still cannot locate it, contact our customer care team.
My order has not arrived. When should I contact you?
If there has been no tracking movement after 5 working days, contact our customer care team with your order number and the email address used to place the order.
