UK returns with Royal Mail

For eligible UK parcels being returned for a refund, you can create a prepaid Royal Mail label. There is no upfront charge — the £6.00 return cost is deducted from your refund.

Please note: We do not offer an exchange service. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Oversized parcels: If your return is over the Royal Mail size limits listed below, an additional £11.00 charge will be applied on top of the standard £6.00 return label charge. This means the total return charge for oversized parcels will be £17.00.

Repack the item carefully in its original packaging where possible. Make sure all labels are attached clearly and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

International Returns

Returning from outside the UK

Simply return your item(s) within 35 days of receiving your order using your local postal service. You will need to pay the return postage. Please complete the returns form, place it inside your parcel, and send the item(s) back in the original packaging where possible.

Please mark your parcel clearly as “RETURNED GOODS”. If this is not shown on the parcel, it may be held at customs and could be returned to you.
