STIHL TSA 350 Cordless Cut-Off Machine
The STIHL TSA 350 Cordless Cut-Off Machine is a powerful 14" (350 mm) battery-powered disc cutter in the STIHL AP System, designed for professional construction, hardscaping and pipework applications. Compact, well-balanced and easy to handle, it is ideal for cutting bricks, paving stones, natural stone, concrete, reinforced concrete and rebar — delivering performance comparable to petrol models such as the TS 420.
Supplied as standard with a 14" composite resin cutting wheel, the TSA 350 can also be fitted with a D-SB90 diamond cutting wheel for intensive and long-duration work. When paired with the recommended AP 500 S battery, it delivers an impressive electrical output of 3.3 kW. The narrow cutting kerf and minimal vibration allow precise, accurate cuts up to a maximum cutting depth of 125 mm (4.9").
The lightweight magnesium guard is adjustable and features an integrated water guide for dust suppression, cooling and improved visibility of the cutting wheel. A fast-stop brake brings the wheel to a halt in under 4 seconds and recuperates energy back into the battery to extend working time. The magnetic filter system protects internal components from metal dust, ensuring long service life, while the EC motor provides consistent power throughout the battery charge.
With low noise emissions and zero exhaust fumes, the TSA 350 can also be used indoors. An LED display on the handle provides clear machine status information, including operating speed and overheating warnings. For maximum performance, the TSA 350 must be used with the AP 500 S battery, offering up to 20 minutes of runtime on a full charge.
