STIHL TSA 500 Cordless Cut-off Machine – Tool Only (14" / 350 mm)
The STIHL TSA 500 is a high-performance 14" (350 mm) battery-powered cut-off machine in the STIHL AP System, engineered for professional construction, hardscaping, utility installation and site work. Using the combined power of two AP batteries to drive its 72 V motor, the TSA 500 delivers exceptional cutting capability on a wide range of materials including steel, concrete, natural stone, paving slabs, rebar, bricks and reinforced concrete.
Providing cutting performance comparable to the STIHL TS 500i petrol model, the TSA 500 gives you all the advantages of battery power: low noise, zero emissions, instant start, no idling between cuts and reduced vibration. A narrow kerf and low-vibration motor design increase cutting accuracy and allow a maximum cutting depth of 125 mm (4.9").
The fully adjustable STIHL magnesium guard includes an integrated water guide for effective dust suppression and improved visibility. The machine is well-balanced thanks to optimised handle geometry, motor placement and battery positioning, ensuring comfortable handling and reduced fatigue during continuous use.
The TSA 500 includes a built-in fast-stop brake, bringing the cutting wheel to a halt in under 4 seconds, while recuperating energy back into the battery. A magnetic pre-filter protects internal components from metal dust and particles and can be removed quickly for easy cleaning.
Fitted with an intelligent onboard interface, you can instantly view charge status and select between three speed levels. This model is also fully compatible with STIHL connected fleet management.
