Last week founder of Gustharts, Robert Gusthart travelled to Oxford Belfrey who hosted this years Service Dealer awards. We were shocked and delighted to walk away with this years award for “Forestry Dealer of the Year”. Thank you to all of those who voted for us it means alot 🙂

Blagdon, Newcastle Upon Tyne forestry machinery dealer wins industry’s top award
Gustharts, a family-run forestry machinery and service business based in Blagdon, Newcastle Upon Tyne, has won the 2018 Forestry Machinery Dealer of the Year Award.
The Award was announced and presented to Rob Gusthart at the annual Service Dealer Conference and Awards on 15 November by Robin Lennie, managing director of sponsor STIHL GB.
The Awards, organised by the leading business magazine Service Dealer, are now in their 15th year and recognise outstanding sales, service advice and support by dealers in the garden machinery, professional turfcare machinery, farm machinery, forestry equipment and ATV/Quad industry.
An integral part of the judging process for the Awards included customer feedback. High praise received for Gustharts included, “I’ve shopped at Gustharts for over 10 years and have always received first class service and product knowledge. They moved into a fabulous new showroom a few years back and have continued to grow from there. The only place I buy my forestry machinery from.”
The judges said, “This business started off, like so many, as a father and son team. Supported by excellent customer feedback, the founder of the dealership, Rob Gusthart, is a well-known character in the industry. His product knowledge is superb, and the showroom and website are a shining example to all.”
