The Arbortec AT4050(F) Breatheflex Chainsaw Trousers are high-performance women’s chainsaw trousers designed specifically for female arborists and forestry professionals who require full-leg protection, flexibility and all-day comfort. Built using Arbortec’s proven Breatheflex platform, these Design C chainsaw trousers provide certified Class 1 (20 m/s) chainsaw protection to both the front and rear of the legs, making them ideal for climbing, aerial work and ground-based chainsaw tasks.
Constructed with Climasphere breathable fabrics and a lightweight multi-layer chainsaw blocking system made from high-tenacity polymers, these trousers offer excellent airflow while maintaining reliable protection. The Kevlar® reinforced crotch and six-way stretch fabric provide exceptional freedom of movement for climbing and canopy work, while Kevlar reinforced lower-leg panels increase abrasion resistance when working around rough bark, spikes and debris.
Unlike unisex trousers, the AT4050(F) has been engineered to fit the female form. The design features a slightly shorter rise, a more tapered leg shape and wider hips for improved comfort and mobility. These features make the Breatheflex women’s chainsaw trousers one of the most comfortable and technically advanced options available for female arborists working in demanding tree surgery environments.
