Designed with excellent weight distribution and high ventilation, it’s comfortable to wear for long shifts and particularly suited to professional chainsaw applications.
For face protection, the helmet features a robust spring steel mesh visor with an exceptionally high 85% light transmission, helping maintain a clear view even in challenging light. Ventilation slits across the helmet shell support a cooler internal climate, while the 6-point interior harness and one-hand width adjustment allow fast, secure fitting to your head shape.
This set comes fitted with ADVANCE ProCOM ear defenders—combining high levels of hearing protection with an integrated communication system tailored for forestry work. Up to 16 users can connect within a network, with typical working ranges of 150–400m depending on conditions such as terrain, tree density, weather, and nearby power lines. Each headset can act as a signal enhancer, helping extend coverage across wider areas.
ProCOM also supports Bluetooth connectivity for phone functions (calls/music) without taking your phone out, and it can be used with the STIHL Wood List app for voice input logging. Noise filtering helps dampen interference from other machinery so you can communicate more clearly in loud environments. The ADVANCE X-VENT helmet set has been awarded the KWF Profi quality mark.
