The Arbortec ATHV4050 Breatheflex Chainsaw Trousers are professional Design C Class 1 chainsaw trousers engineered specifically for arborists and forestry professionals working within the UK rail industry. Built to meet strict rail safety and visibility requirements, these high-visibility trousers comply with RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 (2019) and EN ISO 20471 Class 2, ensuring you remain safe, visible and fully compliant during trackside operations.
Constructed using Climasphere breathable fabrics and high-tenacity polymer materials, the ATHV4050 offers excellent durability while remaining lightweight and flexible. The six-way stretch outer fabric provides outstanding freedom of movement when climbing or performing demanding ground work. A Kevlar® reinforced stretch crotch enhances flexibility while preventing tearing during dynamic arborist movements.
As a Design C chainsaw protective trouser, the ATHV4050 delivers full front and rear leg protection and is certified to BS EN ISO 11393-2 Class 1 (20 m/s). Reinforced seams, Kevlar® abrasion zones and harness-compatible pockets ensure these trousers perform reliably in professional forestry, rail vegetation management and arboricultural work.
