Unlike some mechanical climbing devices, the SpiderJack 2.1 does not require a change of rope grab when moving between compatible ropes from 11mm to 13mm diameter.
Single Karabiner Connection
The SpiderJack 2.1 is ready for use with one karabiner, which connects the device to the harness and anchors the upright rope eye. This keeps the system compact and efficient.
Smooth Rope Running Under Load
When the running rope is pulled from above the device, the SpiderJack turns from its blocking position towards the rope. This supports smooth rope movement, even when loaded and when there is little rope weight beneath the device.
