DMM Rigger Pulley
An evolution of DMM’s original Triple Attachment Pulley, redesigned for increased strength, efficiency and longevity. The DMM Rigger Pulley builds on over a decade of proven design, combining a hot-forged swing-cheek pulley with an integrated three-hole rigging plate. This unique configuration allows highly creative rigging setups while enabling direct connection to textile components, reducing both weight and system complexity.
The Rigger features a newly developed axle construction produced using highly accurate CNC operations. This results in a significantly stronger axle-to-side-plate interface, greatly improving durability and long-term performance in demanding rigging applications.

Axle & Plate Design Explained
The Rigger Pulley uses the same proven sheave as the previous DMM Triple Attachment Pulley, combined with a completely redesigned axle and side plate system. CNC-machined accuracy produces a robust axle and nut interface, while increased rope-bearing cross-sections around the attachment holes improve performance when connecting textile components directly.
Optional Locking Hardware
An optional M5 nut and bolt can be used to lock the side plates together. This locking hardware is non-structural and is available separately.
Recommended hardware specification:
- M5 × 16 mm countersunk screw – A2 stainless steel
- M5 Nyloc nut – A2 stainless steel
