PETZL FLOW 11.8 mm Low Stretch Kernmantle Rope
The PETZL FLOW 11.8 mm is a flexible and lightweight low stretch kernmantle rope specifically designed for professional tree care. Its medium 11.8 mm diameter provides an excellent balance between flexibility, weight and control, making it ideal for efficient movement within the canopy.
With low elongation under load, the FLOW increases efficiency when ascending and repositioning in the tree. The patented splice (available at one or two ends) ensures smooth rope glide through friction savers, pulleys and branches. The compact splice design also allows the rope to pass cleanly through the friction chain of ZIGZAG and ZIGZAG PLUS mechanical Prusiks, supporting seamless device compatibility.
Constructed with a 100% polyester double weave and enhanced with EverFlex technology, the FLOW maintains consistent flexibility and handling even in demanding conditions such as water, dust and mud. This ensures reliable long-term performance and smooth interaction with climbing devices.
Available in green and orange colour options, the FLOW 11.8 mm allows arborists to easily identify different work ropes on site.
