The STIHL FUNCTION Active is a newly designed, entry-level boot built for private and professional chainsaw work. A comfortable wide fit with generous padding combines dependable safety with all-day wear comfort — ideal for ground-based cutting, forestry maintenance and estate or garden work.

Constructed from hardwearing cowhide suede with a waterproof, breathable membrane, the boots stay comfortable in wet or changeable conditions. The sole material wraps around the boot and over the toe for extra durability against brash, mud and rough terrain. Underfoot, a deep 5mm tread gives excellent grip in wet or muddy environments, and a stability centre bar in the sole improves footing on branches or small trunks. The higher boot profile supports the ankle across uneven ground, a steel midsole increases puncture resistance, and hi-vis orange and reflective trims improve visibility on site.
