WE ASK THAT ALL LADDERS ARE INSPECTED BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY!  SHOULD THERE BE A FAULT OR ISSUE WITH THE DELIVERY, PLEASE REJECT IT.

Ladders are NOT supplied with rubber feet.  These are an additional item that would need to be added to your order should they be required

WARRANTY

All Hendon products carry a warranty against defect – guaranteeing that the Goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship and fit for purpose. This cover excludes wear and tear through regular use, and misuse and neglect. Where any valid claim is made for breach of the above Warranty, we will replace the Goods or the part in question free of charge and return the Goods to the Customer, return carriage prepaid by Hendon. So far as any possible further liability of Hendon is concerned it shall only be liable for losses that are foreseeable, but if the Goods are used for business purposes Hendon will not be liable for any economic or consequential losses, costs or damages.

Any claim for breach of the above Warranty shall be notified to the Company within a reasonable time after discovery.
