Rock Exotica PentaPlate (RP2)
The Rock Exotica PentaPlate (RP2) is a lightweight, compact rigplate designed using premium 7075 aluminium alloy, making it stronger, thinner and lighter than traditional rigplates manufactured from 6061 alloy. This enhances overall durability while keeping system weight low.
The distinctive five-hole configuration gives the PentaPlate its name, with each hole individually numbered to support structured and traceable rigging layouts—especially valuable for rescue teams, rope access, high-angle operations and organised arborist rigging.
Despite its compact footprint, the PentaPlate offers a 36 kN MBS, allowing it to perform reliably in demanding environments. At only 108 g, it is an excellent choice for climbers and riggers who require strong, dependable hardware without unnecessary weight.
