To use a STIHL fuel mixing bottle, follow these steps:
- Choose the correct fuel mix ratio. Most STIHL two-stroke engines run on a 50:1 mixture of petrol and two-stroke oil. However, some models may have a different mix ratio, so be sure to consult your owner's manual.
- Fill the bottle with petrol to the desired level. The STIHL fuel mixing bottle has markings for both petrol and oil, so you can easily measure out the correct amount of each.
- Add the two-stroke oil to the bottle. Use the cap of the bottle to measure out the correct amount of oil. The cap has markings for different mix ratios, so be sure to choose the correct one.
- Secure the cap and shake the bottle vigorously to mix the fuel and oil.
- Pour the fuel mix into your two-stroke engine. Be careful not to overfill the engine.
