Arbortec Breatheflex Pro Chainsaw Trousers Hi-Viz Type A Class 1 – Lightweight Protection & Unrivalled Flexibility

For professional arborists and tree surgeons across the UK, these trousers set the standard for lightweight design and high-performance, ensuring you're both well-protected and agile on the job site and within the tree canopy.
The secret to their exceptional balance of protection and flexibility lies in the use of high-tenacity polymer within the chainsaw protective layers. This innovative material ensures you remain incredibly safe while providing the necessary stretch to manoeuvre with ease around branches and through demanding environments.
Durability is paramount for arborist clothing. These trousers feature an incredibly resilient and abrasion-resistant panel strategically placed on the front and ankles. This advanced material is woven with Kevlar fibres, making it exceptionally tough and resistant to daily bashes and scrapes from trees and debris.
For ultimate comfort and unrestricted movement in the tree, the crotch area is also reinforced with Kevlar to virtually eliminate ripping, combined with an incredibly stretchy fabric that allows for the maximum amount of flexibility during dynamic climbing and work.
Each pair of Arbortec Breatheflex Pro Chainsaw Trousers is handcrafted in our own Portuguese factory. This direct control over manufacturing enables us to implement rapid product improvements and maintain the highest standards, ensuring every finished article is built to last and perform under the toughest conditions.
- Adjustable waistband.
- Kidney pad on the back of trousers for braces.
- Elasticated hooks at the base of the trouser to attach to laces of boots.
- YKK Zips on all pockets with taped seams.
- Vents on the back of the trousers (Type A only).
- Type A trouser (saw protection on the front of the legs only) protection is rated to Class 1 (20 m/s). EN381-5 Class 1 (20m/s) Type A.
- Conforms to EN ISO 20471 RIS - 3279 -TOM.
- Available in regular and tall leg.
