The STIHL RMA 248 cordless lawn mower is a lightweight, quiet and versatile push-along mower designed for small to medium-sized gardens. Ideal for homeowners who want the convenience of battery power without compromising on cutting performance, the RMA 248 delivers clean, efficient mowing with minimal noise and zero emissions.

Built with a robust sheet steel deck, the RMA 248 offers excellent durability while remaining easy to manoeuvre. The generous 46cm (18") cutting width allows you to cover more ground efficiently, making it well suited to domestic lawns where speed and ease of use are key.
Powered by STIHL’s AK System, the RMA 248 uses an AK 20 battery (recommended) which is interchangeable across other AK System tools. Two battery slots allow you to quickly switch batteries during work, extending your mowing time without interruption. With a full charge, you can mow lawns of up to 220 m², depending on conditions.
The RMA 248 features four mowing options: collect, cut & drop, side discharge and mulching. The 52-litre grass collection box includes a fill-level indicator and folding design for fast, clean emptying. A height-adjustable mono-comfort handlebar improves ergonomics and folds down easily for compact storage after use.
With constant power electronics, Eco-efficient blade design and IPX4 splashwater protection, the RMA 248 is designed for reliable everyday lawn care, even in changeable UK weather conditions.
