STIHL RMA 2 RV Cordless Mulching Lawn Mower
The STIHL RMA 2 RV cordless mulching lawn mower is a lightweight, manoeuvrable and highly efficient solution for maintaining medium-sized lawns in noise-sensitive environments. Designed specifically as a dedicated mulching mower, it combines clean, emission-free battery power with a comfortable Vario variable-speed drive for effortless mowing.
With a 46cm (18") cutting width, the RMA 2 RV is ideal for covering larger areas efficiently while remaining easy to control around obstacles. The mower uses a specially shaped mulching blade that cuts grass in stages, shredding it into fine particles which are returned directly to the turf. This allows you to mow and fertilise in a single step, improving lawn health while eliminating the need for grass collection or disposal.
Powered by the professional-grade STIHL AP System, the RMA 2 RV delivers consistent performance and is compatible with the recommended AP 300 S battery. On a full charge, it can cover up to 510 m², making it well suited to demanding domestic users and professional environments. The mower also benefits from a 2-year professional warranty (subject to registration and servicing).
The electric Vario wheel drive allows you to adjust mowing speed between 2.0 and 4.5 km/h, with six selectable levels controlled via a lever on the handlebar. This ensures constant speed and comfort when working on slopes, uneven ground or longer grass.
Cutting height is adjusted independently on each axle, giving you precise control over lawn finish. A Quick-Fix quick-release tensioner and folding handlebar allow fast setup and compact storage, while the torsion-resistant housing ensures long-term durability.
With Eco mode, energy-efficient operation and exceptionally low noise output, the RMA 2 RV is perfectly suited to residential areas, schools, hospitals and other noise-sensitive locations.
